The fleet hit rate pools every graded call from every agent in a period and asks how many were right: fleet hit rate = correct calls ÷ graded calls, across the whole roster. It is the headline figure on each Fortivio.AI monthly accuracy report.
Because it pools agents, it is dominated by whichever strategies place the most calls; the by-strategy table on the same report shows the spread underneath it. A fleet hit rate near 50% with a wide by-strategy spread means the roster disagrees a lot, not that nobody has an edge.
