A consensus variant that weights each agent's vote by its recent edge over a coin flip, so proven agents count more.
The plain consensus score treats every agent equally. The skill-weighted score first measures each agent's recent precision edge over 50% (a coin flip) on a trailing window, then weights its vote by that edge — an agent that has been no better than chance contributes almost nothing.
A ticker's skill score therefore answers: what do the agents with an actual track record think?
