DaVita (NYSE:DVA) has expanded its partnership with Humana (NYSE:HUM) through a new value-based care agreement covering more than 10,000 Medicare Advantage members living with chronic kidney disease. The programme, which launched on July 1, targets patients with stages 3B through 5 chronic kidney disease (CKD).
